It's all about the "Know How"


I wrote this blog for those who are on a tight budget. Just a few easy and FREE tips that will increase the effectiveness of your workout without spending too much money if you are already spending a Butt Load on supplements, e.g. what to do in between sets, what do I do when I'm finished?, What can I do on the side?, and when enough is enough. I am not a professional muscle builder but do consider my muscle mass above average. To me lifting weights has become more of a therapeutic thing, it makes me feel good inside and out, I love doing it. Over the years I have found which "little things" I could do before, during, and after a workout that work for me. I have never used weight gainer, creatine, nor supplemental drugs, mostly because in high school I didn't have an income and became accustomed to lifting weights without those things. However I have used and do use on and off a supplemental protein called Muscle Milk by Cyto Sport. But have found that it was not necessary to use in order to reach my desired fitness level, hence the "On and Off" use of it, but like most supplements it CAN and WILL only help.
