Just a few easy and &lt;span style="font-weight:bold;"&gt;FREE&lt;/span&gt; tips that will increase the effectiveness of your workout without spending too much money if you are already spending a Butt Load on supplements, e.g. what to do in between sets, what do I do when I'm finished?, What can I do on the side?, and when enough is enough.   I am not a professional muscle builder but do consider my muscle mass above average.  To me lifting weights has become more of a therapeutic thing, it makes me feel good inside and out, I love doing it.  Over the years I have found which "little things" I could do before, during, and after a workout that work for me.  I have never used weight gainer, creatine, nor supplemental drugs, mostly because in high school I didn't have an income and became accustomed to lifting weights without those things.  However I have used and do use on and off a supplemental protein called Muscle Milk by Cyto Sport.
